How do I access my course materials?
Once your enrollment is confirmed, you will receive an email with login credentials for our digital learning platform where all modules and resources are hosted.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, as well as digital wallets like PayPal and Apple Pay.
Can I get a refund if I change my mind?
Refunds are available if requested at least 7 days before the course start date. Please note that once a digital course has been accessed, it is no longer eligible for a refund.
Will I receive a certificate upon completion?
Yes, all students who successfully meet the assessment criteria will receive a verified digital certificate of completion from RMIT Short Courses.
Are there any prerequisites for enrolling?
Most of our short courses are designed for general entry; however, specific technical courses may list recommended prior knowledge in the individual course description.
Do you offer corporate or group discounts?
We offer tiered pricing for organizations looking to enroll five or more staff members. Please contact our corporate accounts team for a custom quote.
